Storyfeather Gazette: Treacherous illusions, alternate dimensions, memories, mysteries, and the netherworld

October 2024 Issue 1

In this issue: A round-up of the September stories and podcast episodes, and what's coming up next issue.

HELLO OCTOBER

It's not yet the end of the calendar year, but the end of storytelling for Year 11, the Year of Frontiers, is coming soon! 😱

Fear not! I spent time today brainstorming potential themes for my twelfth year of storytelling, and I have chosen one. I'm excited! 😄 I'll tell you about it in the next issue.

But let me return to the present. We are currently in Spooktober. And the theme for this month's podcast episodes is...well, also horror.

I've got stories to tell you.

September celebrated Treks 🗺️ and Treasures 💎🪙.

The short story theme for the month was Trektember (traveling to and traveling through). The podcast episode theme was Treasures.

Parting words🪶

In the next issue, coming out two weeks from now, I'll announce the theme for Year 12. I'm sure about the theme. I'm not quite sure about the name. And I'll see what I can include as a little bonus treat.

If you've got feedback on this issue, please reply and let me know.

Long live stories!
